Yield Management - Revenue optimisation

The term Yield Management, in other words harvest, production or earnings is by no means a  short-run term, it discribes the art to sell a product at a given time at the best price possible.

In order to implement and maintain such a system to optimise the revenue - regardless if manual or computer aided - should be accompanied by a coach. It is basically a philosophy which needs to be implemented and quite a few  employees need to be involved.
