Front-Office Analysis
The intention of this analysis is to uncover weak spots in the daily operation and to enhance the organisational structure to further the commerial potential of the hotel. The hotel software (PMS) should be used as the main selling instrument and the staff trained accordingly.
This analysis also considers the teamwork with other departments, the confidence calculatiing and checking budgets and forecasts as well as revenue planning by using price- and availibility management.
At the same time the competence of the employees will be raised in communicating well structured and clear operational procedures. This furthers their confidence and conviction when dealing with guests and clients. To cut a long story short: the goal is to maximise the existing potential of human beings and the existing hardware.
